i parked in the parking garage with my truck and trailer and paid as instructed and put on the dash. came back next day with a boot on truck and trailer. the parking patrol said because I did not pay for 2 parking places he booted both truck and trailer. there are no signs that state i need to pay for both; this seems predatory as i explained we are not from here and would have complied as we did with paying. the parking patrol said he does not care and we needed to pay for both. He could not explain why he booted both even though we paid( even if it was just for the truck) . Bootman, inc, premier parking enforcement 1231 prytania #119 new orleans-866-647-1677 was who i paid and the garage was public parking at 239 n rampart st across Brugundy st from the saint hotel 931 canal street. called the police but they couldn't help because civil matter. Resolution Sought My 110 back less the 20 I would have paid for the trailer if I would have known. this is fair . I would like them to post signs thats clear on their rules; and stop taking advantage of tourists.
