Contract agreed and signed on 11/16/22 . Original dig date was 4/10/23. Got pushed back to 5/10/23. Did not start till 8/27/23. First phase and second phase states permitting and wall set. They came out dug the hole. Then disappeared for 3 weeks! Came back a set the walls and poured the concrete without getting it inspected! Which failed by the inspector that came out. The excavation part states digging and removing dirt! They removed zero dirt! Which make my yard elevation very high next to my neighbors! They came out on 3/29/24 to fix my neighbors yard but left mine unacceptable. Next phase of construction was decking. We wanted a light aggregate deck with a dark boarder. Paid double for that cause they have to pour twice for same square footage! The week before they wanted to charge extra for color choices. Before concrete was done added an addendum to run gas lines to be run and hooked up to main and stubbed out. Additional 2400. Not complete. I'm in the final stages of completing this nightmare and not getting the past results done properly! Resolution Sought I would like the company to do what I signed up for! I would like them to fix my yard correctly! I would like them to run my gas lines to the hook up and stub the out! And I would like my concrete and boarder to be what I asked for! Also I want my pool finished! 3/29/24
