The manager knew that we wouldn't qualify nevertheless did she keep the $80 we never got approved for an apartment or any of it okay

My boyfriend and I had went to Premier Properties fill out an application. The manager knew that we wouldn't qualify nevertheless did she keep the $80 we never got approved for an apartment or any of it okay
