My complained against Premier Property Management Group for my security deposit and the move- out inspection on a rental property at Lancaster Texas. 75134 I received a letter with detailed description of the items I'm being charged for. The amount of my security deposit is $1,350.00 + an extra balance of $315.00 that P P M G of Texas want me to pay to them in 30 days. All the complaints are not warranted. I have pictures of the premises that I taken upon moved out to show the condition of the property, inside and outside of the house, back and front of the house. There are unnecessary fees. I first had a two-year contract. During that two years we had major plumbing problems every month or two they had to send plumbers out, sometimes two and three times a month to fix the plumbing in both bathrooms that would flood out into the master bedroom. The hallway bathroom would flood out into the hallway and the 2nd bedroom onto the carpet. We reported all of these complaints to P P M G of Texas. They sent plumbers out to check the pluming problems. They send cameras into the system to see what the problem was. The plumbers stated that the plumbing underneath the house needed to be replaced and fixed, P P M G sent plumbers in to take out part of the floor in the 3rd bedroom to fix the problem before we renewed our 1 year contact in 2020. The pluming problems continue through out August 2021. Monthly payments of $1425.00. Resolution Sought To return the security deposit for item that are not warranted. There were no damages done to the house. I have the pictures to show the conditions of the house. If any thing they owe me for the poor living conditions caused by the major pluming problems I went through for three years in their rental property paying $1425.00 a month. I was never late on my payment and I took good care of there home in spite of all the trouble I went through with the plumbing for three years.

We received the dispute of SD on Monday, October 18, at 12:28pm. We responded to her dispute in email: Thank you for your email and we appreciate your patience as we receivew your dispute. Per your email, you stated to call and not to email, however, we do require all disputes to be made in writing, therefore the response will be in writing for documentation purposes. (Provided to BCA copy of updated final account statement and photos). Garage remotes were not at the house upon move out, should you have photos of the garage remotes please send them our way and please make sure the photos are added. We cannot receive texts at that number but if you would like to send a picture of the remotes to 817-631-3112. I'll get that adjusted for you.
