They take advantage of the disabled and elderly and intentionally vandalized my house, walked off the job twice, never finish

This company will take advantage of the disabled and elderly. The project manager went as far as to abuse my 84 year old mother after I told him to stop asking her for money. It is my house and payment wasn't due until they completed the job. They walked off the job twice, broke the California HIPPA law and a federal law, Americans with disabilities act, by having me sign a work change order violating my civil rights. The person I was expecting was the owner. I never spoke with him because he is a liar and a cheat. They painted my grass in the front and back blue that was 5 feet away from the house, intentionally damaged my property, did not complete the work and the contract was for a lifetime guarantee which is impossible when they refuse take your call, but it speaks volumes when the owner will not talk to you and lie and say he will call you right back. I never spoke with the owner. They breeched the contract of a lifetime guarantee to fix any issues and broke 2 laws while damaging a disabled person's house not to mention the project manager abusing my 84 year old mother. Just spoke with the police, made my report and when I get the case number the court system will help me to take away their license, bond and be compensated for a full refund and have them pay for fixing the damages and hopefully be awarded a large fine for breech of contract and breaking a federal law violating my civil rights. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL THANK ME THT YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH AND HOPEFULLY THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS!
