I've been having problems with a fraudulent company called Premier Student Loans Center I paid 6k for one loan that's payed off Dec.02/2014-Sep.30/2017 & payed $1,758 dates payed off May.19/2015-Sep.30/2017 so as a Consumer how can I still owe Student Loans $14,359 that's Breaking Law 15 U.S. Code 1611. Resolution Sought Clear my student loan debt off my credit report & the give back the money the company scammed me for.
