Paid 10,000.00 cash for new bathroom in February and I still have not received a ceiling. We're supposed to put in toilet paper roll and towel rack and never did. I had to buy those on my own after I paid for them so I paid twice. Resolution Sought Install the ceiling in my bathroom I paid for.
