Transportation from Quebec to Brentwood was poorly planned. We were provided a 3+hr bus ride from Quebec to Montreal, a flight from Montreal to Toronto, a flight from Toronto to San Francisco and finally a shuttle from the airport to Brentwood. We left Quebec at 9:00am and arrived in Brentwood at 10:30 pm. Total time from Quebec to Brentwood was 16- and one-half hours. In addition, what was advertised fell short of what we would see or do. Resolution Sought An employee should be with the customer from the beginning to the end as much as possible so that Premier can make corrections to travel plans as well as what is on the itinerary.

We have our staff bring our passengers to the airports but there is little they can do from that point forward and we have passengers flying home to many destinations. We are sorry if you felt there were items missed on tour that were advertised in the itinerary, I am not seeing that those were.
