I paid a deposit to Allen Milton, owner and operator, of Premium Fiberglass Pools of Georgia LLC to start work on a pool by putting up screen and start retaining wall. This was agreed upon in July 2022. No work was done, no one came to my site, so I requested the contract be cancelled and my deposit refunded. It is now October 30,2022 and I no refund. It is very difficult to get hold of Allen and when I send text, emails contact my phone, days later I receive an apology text, but no talk of when I will be refunded. Allen asked that I accept my refund via PayPal, so I created a PayPal account and provided my profile. I have not received a response as of Monday 10/24,2022. I feel like I am be gaslighted and treated unfairly. Resolution Sought Refund me my deposit of $1500 for work that was never done.
