Ordered items 9-9-23, still have not shipped 10-29-23. No telephone calls are being taken, no emails answered, you can only chat with a bot and you get vague answers there. Resolution Sought Send me my items before next week, homecoming, I ordered them in plenty of time to get them. Answer a email, update me on when the items will ship.

Ordered a sweatshirt on 10/28/21. Order #4272973. On 11/1/21 I received an e-mail stating the sweatshirt didn't pass "quality control" and they were in the process of recreating the product and the new order # would be 4285754. Received another e-mail later on 11/1/21 that the item is out of stock and if said item is not received in 2 weeks company will issue a full refund. On 11/5/21,I received an e-mail stating the item is back in stock and is being processed. ON 11/11/21 I e-mailed company stating I felt I have waited long enough for this product. I received a e-mail reply that it could take another 10-14 days. I feel this is unacceptable. Resolution Sought I would kindly request a full refund at this time.
