They kept on taking out money from my account and sending me nothing. Our contract ran out in Dec 2021. They will not talk to me they tell you a certain number you are at in waiting then just say leave a message. Resolution Sought I want my money back or I am going to report them to Lilly cares products and change bank numbers.

My Nurse Practitioner Theresa Monroe Wilson of Stepping Stones in Brentwood, Tennessee said I needed to get Vraylar Prescription Assistance. I contacted Prescription Assistance for my Vraylar. I contacted Prescripion Assistance 123 (123, 6699 North Federal Highway, Suite 201, Boca Raton, FL. 33487 being on their envelope). I called them and they told me for a one time fee of $50 plus $49.95 (the .95 never being mentioned) a month I could get my medication Vraylar for A reduced price. I had to call them back to ask to get the Kroger information and it took a few days for them to respond. I have their application to take to my Nurse. In the meantime Theresa Wilson, Nurse Practitioner said that I needed to contact the Vraylar Company itself. She did not tell me this initially. I got an irate call from Prescription Assistance 123 because they could not get next $49.95 off my Debit Card. They sounded professional on the first call. I had no red flags but Theresa said Prescription Assistance so I thought this was the right place. In the irate call to me I told them I wanted to cancel my membership and get my $99.95 back. This girl was not professional at all. Someone was coaching her what to say to me. She told me they were keeping my money for their trouble mailing out my envelope. Then they hung up on me. I did reissue my Debit Card at my bank because I wanted no more $49.95 fees taken off it. It has been 3 weeks and I still haven't received. Resolution Sought Give me a Money Order or Check for my $99.95.
