A third party auto dealership sold me a bad car that I purchased Nov 3 and broke down on Nov 28. Upon taking b to the dealership the car diagnosis was bad, engine problem and tampered parts and loose caps and bolts, I returned the car. Now I'm trying to get a refund and for them to pay off my loan but they are giving me a hard time. They want me to take back the car but they don't provide me invoices that they repair everything in the car, and is safe to drive because I almost got into an accident when that car broke. I don't want to pay for a bad car. I am also financially constraint being a single mom with very low income. Resolution Sought Give me back my down-payment which is 3k and for them to pay off my loan which is 20k. I've paid for 2 mos already even if I don't have the car.
