On September 13 2022 , My mother and I had financed a Hyundai Sonata 2017. I had asked to drive it and the salesman Moe said after you sign the papers. I signed the papers and before I got home to Newman The check engine light came on. So I called them to let them know. The following day I was headed to Bay Area and as I started getting speed the car started driving rough then I looked on the dashboard and the car was overheated. . So I had called them and someone told me to bring it back so they could check it. So I had to Towed on September 19th Monday. Out my Pocket 150.00. So had given me a loaner car it 2as just as bad. Engine & oil light was on I was told no problem. Next day the coar wouldn't start. And from then til now I use a jumper to start the car. So today September 25,2022 a load rotten smell started lingering in the car as I was driving it. So I asked a Mechanic and he said that car har a bad converter from the muffler it could catch a fire. Im scared so I called Mod and he told me my car will be ready to pick up on Monday just keep it 2 more days. He doesn't think of my safety with the car . Here it is on Saturday September 24 2022 , I had the Loaner towed from San Mateo County back to my House in Newman Ca . Once again out my Pocket for 220.00 cash. They don't have any realizable cars and horrible reviews.. I really want to tell the I don't want anything I rather get my money back , so I can go elsewhere to buy a used car. Resolution Sought Refund me my down payment of 3000.00 and cancel the financial contract without being accountable for the loan, I can just start over elsewhere.
