I recently wrecked and needed a car quick so I went to Prestige in Thomson. I ended up putting $800 down when they are a $500 down lot, but before purchase I told manager the speakers were all busted so I requested a different car. He said they would fix them for me to get the car. I took the car home noticed more problems and called in the morning to take it for the speakers and explain other problems. He said shop would look, got car back still 1 speaker busted and didn't fix anything else. Shop also told me he didn't tell them to look at anything else when I called. Within 3 days of this, car wouldn't turn on at all. I called he told me I had made the car battery die, but if I brought it to him he would give a new battery for me to install. Went and got battery it wouldn't fit. Took car to same shop he used and explained problems for the shop worker to tell me personally the transmission went out. "Bob", the manager called back and said it was just wiring he believed so would be quick fix. 2 weeks past and still was not told issue. 3 weeks I was told it was the transmission, but it would be quick now. It has now been 4 weeks since they have had car and I am having to pay the 4 weeks of payments in order to get the car back that I only got to drive 7 days. I still do not have car, but am required to pay tomorrow. I purchased the car Oct. 3 and they have had it over 3/4 of that time. The car also has a warranty stating they will fix anything before 3,000 miles or 3 months. Resolution Sought I had requested to be given a different car or most of my money back multiple times before it reached this long. Now they have told me I have to pay for a car they have had in their possession the whole time if I would even like to drive it after they do finish the work, I would like not to have to pay all of this money for a car I didn't get to drive yet. There is a one week period they do not make you pay, but I never got to have the car the full time before that date would have came.

Ms. Coit purchased a vehicle from Prestige Automotive on 10/14/2022. Ms. Coit came into our location and test drove the vehicle and decided to purchase it. Ms. Coit is not correct on the warranty provided. Prestige Automotive provides a warranty on the Motor or Transmission ONLY for 3 Months OR 3,000 Miles which ever comes first with a $1,200 Limit. The speakers and battery that Ms. Coit is referring to are not covered under the warranty, however our shop diagnosed and fixed the issue. Ms. Coit's Transmission went out in her car and since she was inside her warranty coverage we replaced the transmission. However, we did not get it replaced quick enough to suit Ms. Coit so we refunded her money to her. Since we refunded Ms. Coit's money I am not sure why this complaint was filed.

We haven't had this 2014 Chevy Cruze 6 months and it's having so many problems. I've contacted the company about the vehicle and they haven't done anything the car I think may have been boosted up to Work and then it just stopped running hot and thermostat housing I purchased tires which I understand that's normal I had to purchase a thermostat housing within the first three months of purchasing the car Resolution Sought To be able to get a functional car that I am Paying on weekly

Customerl purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze from Prestige Automotive on 1/12/2022. Prestige Automotive provides a 3 month or 3,000 mile Warranty with all vehicles at NO EXTRA COST to the customer. Customer purchased his vehicle nearly 6 months ago and has accumulated ~ 10,342 miles since date of purchase. Customer is clearly outside of his warranty which we have explained to him in detail. Customer stated in his complaint he had contacted the company many times, however, the only time customer contacted Prestige Automotive was on 2/16/2022 @ 3:46pm regarding recalls on his vehicle. He was instructed to call the Chevrolet dealership and schedule an appointment and they will repair the recalls at no cost to him. We never heard anything else from customer until 6/13/22 @ 2:13pm when he was outside his warranty. Thank you, Prestige Automotive
