I had gone to get my car wash on Jan 18. I was in the car wash going through their cycles. Car was washed and waiting to approach dry cycle. As we were are locked in place waiting to be next to go through dry cycle, the truck in front of us FordF150 was in dry cycle in car wash( consisted of high heat lamps and powerful blowers that push water backwards of cars) so as the heat lamp was on truck / this caused sheets of ice that were on truck to lift off as sheets of ice flew back at my car like someone was throwing rocks at my car. We sat hopeless not able to move out of line of fire. The ice damaged my roof. My car is fairly new and employees were not helpful at all. They totally just walked away from me not letting me file complaint. My husband showed up and they then took a complaint from him. We have not heard back and my insurance company has called emailed and no response. I would like insurance comp info. They have cameras everywhere and can see what . Not right they win just bye not responding??? Please help Resolution Sought Pay for damage!!! Respond with insurance info if feel not responsible.
