Yes I am Bobbie hoops I got a car at prestige family cars I have had problems with it it came with a broken axel broken front shocks oil pan rusted on thermostat valve cover gasket needs changed cabin air filter needs changed I put my car as a trade in and a 1000 dollars down and making payments and now I can't even drive my car cause it has smoke coming out the exhaust I want him to fix the problem and put me In a better car or give me my money back so I can go get a new car cause I can afford to lose out I'm a single mom of four and a baby on the way I have a paper from the dealership where I got some of the work done but what is still wrong with it and what was wrong with it when I got it. Resolution Sought I want a refund so I can get a reliable car for me and my kids.

Bought a car back in Oct still waiting on title been getting run around I am on my 3rd 45 day tag. I think its time I am afraid to put any money in it with fear the car maybe stolen and I can't get the money back I have already put 25 hundred dollars in it in parts labor.
