I had purchased a comforter set on December 19 2022 I came home I opened it. It was ripped up. There was stains on it. It had stitching marks all over as if someone try to stitch up other tears when I spoke to the owner, he opened up another set identical to mine, and all the comforter sets are all ripped up and destroyed. He refused a refund because he had told me since they're all ripped go home. Try washing it if it doesn't make the blanket worse, I can keep it but if the tears get bigger to bring it back, and when I brought it back, he told me he won't return it because it's been washed I mean I just don't understand almost everything in his store you buy and it does not work. I also have pictures and videos that I had sent to the owner the night I opened it , and you can see I get no response until I go into the store the next day and that's when his advice was all the blankets are like that wash it and see if it gets worse and now that's why he's not returning it Resolution Sought I wouldn't like the business to take back their shredded up $80 quilt blanket and just give me my money back that's all I was asking for I can't purchase another comforter from there because they're all ripped and damaged so I need my $80 plus tax back so I can go somewhere else and buy a good quality comforter

Hi my name is Lansana Kienou, I'm the owner of Price Bottom Inc.This person was an employee for this company. On December 17, 2022 one of her co-workers purchased one comforter set for her as a gift for the price of $80.00, 20% employee discount total price $63.99. She also received one jacket from me plus two electric heaters from the store because she claim she lives in the basement and the heat is not working. On Dec. 18, 2022 she sent me a text saying she didn't like the way the comforter look. I asked her to bring it back. The next day Dec. 19, 2022, she came to work but without hte comforter but decided to open another one on the shift to see. After checking, she herself told me they all the same and this is how they were made. She decide to keep it. On January 7, 2023, she walked out of her job deciding not to come back to work and swore to do everything in her power to give my company problem because I say to her she cannot come to work when she feels like and take off when she feel like. On January 11, 2023, she came back with the same comforter for return after using it for 3 weeks and wash it and may be tear. This girl worked for me and she knows everything about this company. She knows I'm nice to employees and customers alike. How many time she cry in the store because I help her. Give her extra money on her pay because I feel like she need help. She knows the store policy. Purchase made with card go back on the card and purchase made in cash is giving as cash and in seven days.
