Placed an order on 6/20/22 for a blutooth speaker. After using it twice, the charger port fell inside the speaker. First of all it took a while for me to receive it and when i contacted the company i was told that a replacement would be sent to me. It hasn't been and now its about 3 months later. And now they are telling me that the replacement will be sent but there is a problem with the supply. I have been in contact with a Neama Mohamed at price daily and i feel that i am getting the runaround about the speaker and/or my refund. Resolution Sought Ship the item or refund my funds back to my debut card.
