On last month (October) my car was taken to Price LeBlanc Nissan in Gonzales, LA to have my transmission fixed. On Monday (November) my car was brought back to them because of the same transmission, a problem that was caused by Price LeBlanc Nissan. They called us to say that they had a loaner car for us but when we got there we were denied the car because the insurance company said that the only way they would cover the cost would be if we added Nissan's car to my policy, granted they are the ones that caused us to have the problem. I don't have extra money to add another car. I contacted the corporate office and was told that every dealership have their own policies. I don't feel that my son and I have to suffer with one mode of transportation because of a problem that Nissan caused. My car is fully covered with insurance and I know the dealership covers their cars as well. On yesterday when they called us concerning the loaner car, my son drove from LaPlace to St. James (25.4 miles) then from St. James to Gonzales (28.8 miles) then from Gonzales back to St. James to bring me back home (28.8 miles) after being denied a loaner car then from St. James to Baton Rouge (49.0 miles) which is where he lives. I had to cancel my sister and I doctor appointments because of not having any other transportation. If Nissan would have done their job last month with my transmission, we wouldn't be in such a horrible situation. Where i live, a vehicle is needed. Please help! Resolution Sought Let us use the loaner car until they fix our car which is more than right. In October they let us use a car but this month it's a problem because we still have the same insurance company.
