In April server shifter went out, was towed and fixed at Priceless. Come May 2024 , Shawn said we missed a pymt. in April. Went home produced receipts 4/24. Then Shawn said oh no I meant May pymt. went home again produced May receipts. Then pJ said June 2024 we had that receipt. They have harassed us, threatened us, finally they picked the car up at OU Children's Hospital, didn't notify me, no call or nothing, at this point I'm tired of them. They hustle people, I tired to work out the situation, they're rude. So I called police to escort me to get my things out of vehicle. It's been nonstop harassment. It's always something with them. The officer told PJ y'all have nice cars here , but y'all do fraudulent business. Several people I've seen paying their pymts. complained about them too, they are crooks in my book, I've never of 63 yrs. experience anything like this. I have all receipts. They need to be shut down.. Not good for business!!! Resolution Sought Refund some of my money back. I put down $9000.00 dollars never missed a payment, they hustled us. They need to be shut down.

Company states; Regarding Ms. Prince's deal, we did everything we could to help her keep the vehicle. However, she fell behind on two payments and was unable to catch up. That's when she decided to let the car go. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns, Thank you!
