Summary of Complaint: I originally booked a flight through Priceline in August 2025. However, priceline changed my departure airport from Newark, NJ to Lagorida, NY, which was not what I originally booked. Due to this significant change, I canceled the trip. On August 28, I called Priceline to inquire about the travel credit for the canceled trip. I was informed that I would receive the credit upon booking my next flight. When I attempted to book a new flight in mid-September, I was unable to apply the credit via the website and had to speak with an agent on September 15 and 16. The agent then attempted to charge me more, despite the prior assurance that the credit would apply. On September 17, a Priceline representative called me back and stated that my account would be notated to allow use of the credit. However, when I called again on September 29, I was transferred multiple times and still unable to use the credit. Each representative gave inconsistent explanations, citing vague "policies" without resolution. I specifically requested not to be routed through their standard number (773-922-6363) due to prior issues. They provided 203-299-8000 as an alternative, but this number led to the same automated menu and did not resolve the issue. I had a trip booked September 2 with Priceline when we got to the hotel the hotel never let us check in in their system. It says we had only paid for one person, but I had showed receipts and Priceline has showed receipts that I had paid for two I have been now for four weeks Trying to get a refund for our hotel because we were never able to stay there. We had to get a hotel at a separate location and pay out-of-pocket. I had put down a protection plan when I booked this trip and for the past four weeks, Priceline has been jerking me around not complying with what they guaranteed and their contract about giving me a refund And they have put multiple reports, but will not refund me my money. They are also involved in scams with the hotels I have a very good feeling about. Resolution Sought I would like to get a refund for the hotel. I did not end up staying in because of Priceline or the hotels system messed up . I would also like to try and also get a refund for the rest of the trip as well because of how many hoops I've had to jump through and issues im having with this company. For almost 5 weeks I've been trying to get a refund or at least get past all the hoops they keep throwing at me
