I took my 2015 Yukon Denali for engine repair, the cost got bigger every week, adding additional repairs that they said were needed. They had my vehicle for over 3 weeks. When I picked it up, my windows, headlights, back window and my truck and it's accessories look like it had been through a flood everything had dust, rust, scratches, nothing was the same. Scratches on my doors. My side view mirrors no longer moved and had concrete placed inside of them, scratches all over them. They had time to take all of my clean well kept part's and replaced them with old rusted part's on my vehicle. So now did they even do all that was stated on my invoice. Resolution Sought I would like them to pay the cost of everything that they stole, and pay to have my vehicle inspected at a reputable business who's not affiliated with them. I believe they stalled on my vehicle to steal and replace parts. When I first took my vehicle there they kept saying it was so well kept and in great condition, when I picked it up it had a whole different abused look.
