Pride car shipping contacted me about shipping my vehicle. We entered into an agreement that if they were able to find a driver to transport my vehicle there will be a $200 deposit and for payment upon delivery. Prior to shipping never contacted me with a driver and on full price. It was getting close to my shipment date so I wanted to cancel with them and move on to another company. Pratt called. Shipping has refused to remove my information from their system which is causing other vendors to call and text message me. I have asked them more than three times to remove my name and information to no avail. They also threaten to charge me with a $200 deposit because of my cancellation. Resolution Sought I would like my name and information removed out of the system and not be charged any fee
