Went in 3 weeks ago for repairs. The car at this point has still not been in to find out what's wrong with it. The only excuse I have is they it's a really backed up. I have no car no way of getting around I called to get status on my car I get no answer, I get no service at all. The excuse that they're so backed up is not my problem. Resolution Sought To get my car seen and fixed and back to me It's waiting 3 weeks and it hasn't even been seen yet it's totally uncalled for.
