Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Bought a Pride LC 250 lift chair on January 6, 2022, at LeFave Pharmacy in Alpena, MI for 1059.99. Started using it and kept leaning to the right when sat in it ... we took the cover off and you could visually see how it was lower on the right side ... we called Pride they sent out a work order a technician came out and wrote up a claim that it was faulty ... we got no response when we called they said they closed the case... they said we would have to contact the technician and pay for repair ... excuse me this chair is faulty and under warranty... tried to say it left the plant in May of 2021... we dont' care we bought it in January of 2022... Resolution Sought At this point we want the cost of the chair $1059.99 refunded... they can pick up their chair ... obviously, the quality is poor.
