On 6/7/21 hired Pride painting+Power washing to paint the exterior of my home. Giving them 3100.00 up front to start the job and buy supplies needed. Some 16 months later the job was still yet to be started after being promised that it would be started by the end of July 21 and then told every month after that that it would be done before the end of the month it was never started. After waiting 16 months we decided we waited long enough and told them we was going to get someone else to do the job and one of our money back they refuse to pay us back our money. We took them to our local Court the court give us a judgment against them. It seems that pride painting and power washing has made themselves judgment proof by owning nothing that is in their names. So we still have not received our money. Which we could really use that money right about now my wife and I are on social security income only and we are elderly and we need our money that was our life savings! The owner of pride painting and power washing is Justin gallo 213 Mount Rock Road Shippensburg PA 17257. They are a local business and from what I understand have done this to others. I would like to be able to prevent them from doing this to anyone else. We just want our money back I have all paperwork if anything is needed from me just ask I will provide. This fiasco started on 6/7/21 it is now 7/1/23 . Resolution Sought I would like them to give us our money back in which we paid them and they did absolutely nothing at all! We waited for the job to be started a reasonable amount of time 16 months we were promised every month from July 7th 21 that the job would be started by the end of the month so we were lied to several several times job never started we just want our money back I have receipts showing that we gave them that money. We need our money that was our life savings.
