The company mentioned above has applied bogus charges to a credit card in my name that I have never used or activated. As a former bbb agent I investigated and checked with my local credit union on this. And someone has ordered products from the aforementioned company in my name. Also, when checked further I noticed a package has been shipped to me by said company. Firstly I filed a complaint with the credit union; and they have shut that card down. Now, that I have this package sent by said company I am trying get their info to ship their package back. Still I would like to know who gave them the dormant credit card number to establish this order. I need their return shipment address. And I need all charges deleted from any account someone has illegally sat up. Resolution Sought Clear and correct my info and status
