Was having issues with the car before warranty ended, prime auto communication isn't good I would call no response or said to call back and never got the call. When car was worked in the job wasn't completed and car parts would just be missing as the mechanic would state creating new issues that they couldn't help fix then when to say if we find someone to do the work he'll give us the parts and we also have to pay again all on warranties. Resolution Sought I would like to either have the loan paid out or exchange the car.

This complaint does not pertain to Prime Auto Salez. We are an independent dealership that is not affiliated with the warranty company, nor the mechanic shop mentioned in the complaint. According to the contract, the car was purchased with a 24,000-mile warranty with a 3rd party warranty company. The customer agreed to these terms and has had no issues with the vehicle since purchase in 2021. This customer has now surpassed her mileage limit for coverage and wanted to get her AC fixed; but now has to pay out of pocket due to warranty expiration. We have attempted to assist this customer as a gesture of goodwill and not because we have any liability. We have gone above and beyond to assist this customer, but unfortunately there is nothing more we can do. Thank you.
