Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I hired this company to help me with my credit. David Szymanski told me he could help me. He took 1000 dollars from me and did absolutely nothing but give me bad advise. Now I'm getting sued. He told me to ignore it. You call he doesn't answer. You text he doesn't respond. Tom Tarkowski is no better. He told me he fired David for this reason and he will help me. On the day he was supposed to call me David calls instead. So awkward since he told me he fired him. I thought things would be different but no change. In addition I am paying for identityIQ monthly because he told me he needed it. Waste of my money because obviously they aren't helping me. I want my money back. The whole $1000 plus the months I paid for this service for absolutely nothing. If you can't help someone let them know. Not just take their money and do nothing!!!! With my refund I'm going to pay the creditor that is taking me to court because David advised me to ignore it and he will take care of it. Resolution Sought Return my full payment of $1000 and the total amount of payments that I made to identifyIQ to keep it for him because he advised me to do so because he needs it. I don't even want to give this business 1 star but I have no option.
