I've been with this company for over 4 yrs trying to get my credit restored. I paid them $350 per month for 3 yrs and suppose to be in stage 4, final stage. I was told everything would be off my credit as if it never existed. It seems that was untrue. Everything is still there. I have called 5 different numbers today and left messages. Some numbers are not working now and all 5 different numbers said they were busy and we'd call back. Something is not right. I'm out aprox $13,000 and nothing seems to be done. We are suppose to get up dates but have not heard from them in a year. I've been told a change was made and someone else was handling my case but I can't call them. Why? I checked my credit report and everything is still there. Can't see they have helped at all nor kept in contact. You would think after paying $13,000 you would get more communication if things are on the up and up. No one is that busy when you call 5 different numbers and get same recording that they are serving other customers. Resolution Sought I request my $13,000 back plus damages. I did my part in paying for nothing.
