Prime Time Pumps & Piping licence #11391 went to my property to drill well. He look at the job and charge 8000.00 and he need 50 of down start the job i paid him deposit by check which he deposit in his account, he never did my well and he did not wanted to refunded back my 4000.00. i report the matter to the osceola health dept blane kindg did this scam to 3 other person which will contact bbb after my complaint blane king phone 407-371-7997 Resolution Sought I NEED MY REFUND BACK
