If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I received a call from a marketing lady saying I was qualified thru my employment for an open house for Delta new office in their new location in Boca Raton. I would receive a 90 minutes travel orientation and in return for my time I would receive a free flight and hotel for 3/2 nights to the qualified locations thru Delta. They also said I can bring my partner as long as we have been living together. So I did. When we got to the office we signed in, and waited for the rep to call our name. The Rep didn't even introduced himself. He just took us to his cubicle and started saying that this presentation was going to end with him offering a membership of $129 annually. Then me and my partner started asking questions about the membership and the rep got aggressive and RUDE very disrespectful and unprofessional. He stood up and said we are asking to many questions when we don't look like we are going to purchases nothing. He said he was just going to cancel the presentation and not give us what was promised which it was a flight and hotel. I have a email specifically saying this! After the rep left and came back me and my partner where in disbelief of how unprofessional and rude this guy was. So we stated to him that he was being unprofessional that we came here for a presentation and he didn't even explain the membership. Then the rep VERBALLY ASSAULTED me and my partner he called us gangsters and punks and stoop of his chair aggressively. We felt in danger so we rapidly left. Resolution Sought I would like this vacations place audit and verified. I believe this is a scam they are getting peoples into contracts that state you can back out of the contract. WE ARE NOT THE ONLY PEOPLE WITH BAD EXPERIENCE. I look up this place online and has hundreds of bad reviews. The name of their company wasn't even mentioned on the phone call. We only got to know who they are when you get there. Rude and unprofessional operators. I would like this place closed down for fraud.
