Prior to the merge, we loved Sparklers and had no complaints. However, after Sparklets merged with Primo, we have had nothing but problems with delivery schedules, amount of bottles delivered, functioning bottles with our cooler system. Additionally, staff are rude, don't follow through on action items, and are ill-informed about their product. We are currently sitting on 25 bottles of water that we cannot use, because they changed bottle tops which don't fit with our machine. We were supposed to get a new machine last Friday, but they no-showed. Now we received an automated message that they want to deliver more bottles of water that we cannot use. This is the height of incompetence! Resolution Sought Replace the water cooler so we can use the bottles we have already paid for, and regulate delivery schedules (as before).
