We cancelled service after numerous issues with deliveries and no reciprocal empty pick-up service which turned our garage into a water bottle warehouse. Account closed and cancelled on 1/5/26 due to this issue. We were told to place all 25 bottles out for pick up (see attached email) on 1/8/26 and would get a refund for the empty bottles as well as unused bottles too, totaling over $1,500. We placed all bottles for pickup on 1/8/26 - the delivery person showed up and asked what was going on, didn't know we canceled our account and refused to pick up the bottles and left! I called the customer service number and spoke to Vianny (Employee ID 12024633) and spent another 20 minutes (spent over an hour previously terminating the account and setting up the 1/8/2026 pick-up) on hold while she apparently called the delivery person to come back out on the same day to pick them up. It's now 1/9/26 and no one has shown up to pick up the bottles. See photo of the bottles in my driveway on 1/8/26 at night. I am on the phone now with Oscar (ID#76063996) and now being transferred to a supervisor after another 25 more minutes explaining the same story and issue that apparently cant be solved! I am now talking to a supervisor (name is Avery in Texas but apparently no ID #) to contact the local store and see what they can do. Didn't they do this yesterday? They didn't – they lied to get me off the phone. Resolution Sought Pick up the bottles they agreed to pick up on 1/8/2026 and refund us the money.

Consumer alleges your company has not provided her with water service since July 2025. She has called several times however no one has responded to her. She has three of the bottles home, and does not know what to do with them. She is a senior citizen and has been left with no water. Consumer had good service when it was under ready fresh however the service went bad when it switched to Primo Brands. She used to pay about $40 a month and was told she owed $200 however no one can explain how this bill came out to that. Consumer is a senior citizen and needs the water bottles picked up or she will disregard them at your expense. Resolution Sought Consumer is a senior citizen and needs the water bottles picked up or she will disregard them at your expense.

After speaking with Ms. Forbes, we agreed to waive the charges for the balance owed. The account has been reinstated and we successfully delivered on 1/23/26. Ms. Forbes confirmed receipt of the order. The delivery (product & fees) was provided at no charge. We provided a direct point of contact and continue to communicate with this customer.
