Painters Tape Found Floating in 5 Gallon Container

I feel like throwing up! It's Friday night, they are now closed for the weekend, and I was filling up my glass from the 5 gallon Arrowhead water bottle and I see a blue thing the size of a large band aid floating around. It looks like painters tape and I cannot figure out how it got in there. Unsanitary. Is this how Primo operates? Will be talking to an attorney on Monday.

Nobody at this company, cares about the customers!!

Beware!!! I have home delivery and now it is time for more water. I placed the order over a week ago and 8 days later, still NO WATER!!! Don't trust Primo Brands,, they suck for customer service!!! I called the customer service department and still the same thing, we will be out tomorrow. Never showed up. So, I called the corporate number and they keep giving me customer service. That shows you, they don't care about the customer!! Oh, customer service is reps from over seas, that don't speak english!!!!!!!!
