Absolutely terrible service

Since January of this year (2026) I've had 3 changed delivery dates in January, 3 in February and 3 in March. When I contacted customer service in March after being fed up, they gave me a $10 credit on my next bill- which was paperless and I didn't receive conveniently. So when I went into m y account to see next delivery date I saw that they tacked on a $20 late fee due to March bill not paid DUE TO ME NOT RECEIVING IT. I contacted them again and their response was that there is always a $20 late fee after 30 days late. When I told them I didn't receive emailed bill and that I wanted to receive PAPER invoices, I was told there would be a $3 fee. I said I don't care, I want a paper invoice from now on, Today I get an email from them since I just got a delivery and they were "reminding me" that from now on I will have a SIX DOLLAR PAPER INVOICE FEE!!!! I wrote back and said "how is it that the paper invoice fee all of a sudden doubled? You said in email to me which I still have, that it's $3 and now you're saying $6!!! Doesn't sound legal to me especially when I have the proof. I sent them a screen shot of that email. I'm SICK of them and want to find a new company with nothing to do with them in my area,

Painters Tape Found Floating in 5 Gallon Container

I feel like throwing up! It's Friday night, they are now closed for the weekend, and I was filling up my glass from the 5 gallon Arrowhead water bottle and I see a blue thing the size of a large band aid floating around. It looks like painters tape and I cannot figure out how it got in there. Unsanitary. Is this how Primo operates? Will be talking to an attorney on Monday.
