I ordered a vinyl record from them in November of 2023. I have reached out via email a dozen times without clear answers about where my order was. I've still not been issued a refund after weeks of requesting one. I have reached out to multiple contacts from the company, each giving me different answers. Resolution Sought I would like my refund of the full amount paid to the company and to have a phone call with a manager
