I purchased an icolor 560 white toner printer to start my graphics business i had read alot of good about printava and had spent alot of time with there reps before i took a loan out to purchase the machine upon arrival and setting up printer i immediately starting having issues with the printer upon contacting printava i was moved on to uninet the manufacturer and this was literally in the first 72 hrs of owning this printer after days and hours they got the problem or a good part of it fixed. Then i stated having problems doing successful prints with material no transferring properly i was told my heat press was prob the issue and humidity level in my house so spent hundreds of dollars on a new heat press and invested in a humidifier to bring it exactly where it needs to be . The material to make these prints are 275.00 for a hundred sheets and toner replacement is around 1500.00 i have made 4 successful prints out of 75 sheets when i complained about this issue in the past it sort of got.pushed off and one point i was sent a sampler pack to try and sooth my frustration with this company im 4000.00 into a printer that has now cost me hundreds in material and lost revenue and the attitude from Printava went from my best friend to your bothering me. please help thank you Resolution Sought Return this product and refund my purchase
