I am an owner operator with my own semi truck. My truck broke down in Ottawa IL, I called the nearest towing company which was 4.6 miles from me. The towing company I called was Johnny's who said they had a garage to fix my truck, when tow arrived it had priority wrecker on it and I asked the driver who proceeded to tell me it was same company. When he towed, I noticed we had been driving for more than 5 miles and he said their mechanic were just in another shop just down the street. He drove for 50 miles in Batavia and told me I had to pay 1,460 for him to drop the vehicle, he proceeded to tell me I had to pay in cash and they had an ATM machine within the business which charged me 33.00 to withdraw that money. I had no choice but to pay so he can drop my truck. The name at the business was priority truck center. I filled an intake form which I have with me specifically asking them to install injector 6 on my truck and not to scan or diagnose anything but change the injector since I knew that was the problem because my truck had given me that fault when it first stopped, 30 minutes later he called me to the office and proceeded to tell me I had to pay1551 for diagnostics, scanning labor but I would have to pay that amount before anything, I called the police and filed a report but police told me there is not much they can do. I paid 1551 so I could get out of that situation. Since it was late I didn't have a way to pay that money so I had to find a hotel and stay the night. Resolution Sought Reimbursement of my $1,551 of scanning because I did not want them to scan, on towing side I was willing to pay for 4.6 miles to the garage as dispatch had told me but not 1460 that they charged me.

Yesterday we call them around Sumburgh, IL to do a truck diagnosis, when we first talk with them on the phone saying that they will charge us $159 an hour. They came and gave us different reason why they cannot do the diagnosis took about two hours still didn't do it and asking us to pay for three hours service which was 600 and also asked us to pay them cash claiming that they cannot charge our credit card because they said that there system is not working. Police came so we left them but they took the money from our account for doing nothing. Resolution Sought Get my money back
