This business, Privacy Patrol P, claiming to be a identity Theft Protection company took $29.85 out of my banking account without my permission. This caused my account to over-draw and insufficient fund was charged to my account for $35.00. I called this company to make a complaint (855)-272-2815, twice. The consumer service was very rude. Told they would cancel my subscription which I never made. I told the lady twice I needed a refund. I am a disabled senior citizen and I can not keep my head above the water. Please help me! Resolution Sought I would appreciate a refund for 29.85 + $35.00 for overdraft fee, $10.00 for first 10 days of negativity on my account and what ever the bank interest charges are, up to the day my money is refunded. Thank you
