I find this company ( guy name : Sergio Fernandez Martinez) on Facebook, to fix my surveillance home cameras issue, we agreed on the phone for $100 and he will troubleshooting my cameras system.. when he came he spent 3min by changing my adapter with cheap low quality and less amps ( my old adapter get 2amp , and what he brought 1amp) and I told him already that i called my cameras company and they said because I use 7cameras i need 4-5 amps. He refuse and put his 1amp adapter by giving me 1 year warranty , so I paid $100 ( for 3min ) after couple hours cameras loss videos again , after checking I found new adapter too hot ( because cant support ) I text him on same day he refuse to do anything by saying " I only use 1amp adapters ) also refuse to refund. The transformer that the customer has previously was 200ma instead 2AMP, clearly like his message said he pay me to go and do troubleshooting i found that the transformer was damage and replace it with no extra cost involve, then he state it that the transformer got damage and i said i can go and replace for free but he was saying he didn't want a 1amp he want me to buy a 5amp and i said you can BUY 5AMP and i can connected for you, and he start complaining so how do i suppose to pay for something that i didn't break and also something that was out of my scope of work. Finally if i did said stop texting is because he was asking to my refund the money or he will hurt myself im not going to tolerate any behavior like that coming from a customer i have proof of this texts if you want me to submit them

1 - our original adapter 2000amp not 200amp ( I can approve that ) still working because we test it somewhere else 2 - you change it with 1000amp. and you give me 1 year warranty BUT after a couple hours stops working It's very simple, we hire & pay you $100 for fix the video loss issue, regardless how , Because it's your job and we trust you , so when you came you said , adapter is the only issue and you change it , but it doesn't work , and doesn't make any sense to come back and change adapter again with some thing the same IT WILL STOP WORKING AGAIN , and I dont have time That's why I told him if cant fix the problem give me my money back Now what's you gonna do , fix the problem and make cameras work as should be ( not for a couple hours again ) or give refund ??? That's all what I need to know
