Business fraudulently charged $868.50 and $250 as recurring charges without my knowledge or consent. No recurring services were ever purchased. All services rendered had been paid in full in January and business charged card in March for two charges as above without my knowledge or consent, constituting theft and fraud. Resolution Sought Replace money stolen from my bank account and face criminal action for theft and fraud.

You were made well aware of the potential charges as clearly stated in the rental contract/agreement due to the damages to our courtesy vehicle while in your possession. Your lack of communication with us and your insurance company left us no choice but to fulfill the contract terms and charge you for the damages which you admitted to.
