I purchased a cleats for my son on their website and had to return it because of size. I tried to initiate return on website or contact them by phone on website -1-866-227-1991; it was never picked up (always no one to pick your call) even during business hours. I eventually followed the information on website and sent an email to notify the customer service. one AMY (no last name contacted me to say they need a return order which was in the box and a copy i forwarded to them and also a tracking number which USPS said the receiver should be able to confirm the item is with them. i have tried all effort to get through to them or the Amy to contact their RETURNS department to confirm and refund my money but they have blatantly refused. It is disturbing and frustrating that a business you can't get to talk to someone or respond to your email can continue to act without been reprimanded in our society here in the US especially from the reviews on orders/returns. It is to me like taking customers for granted and without any concern. Resolution Sought I want my refund. But above that, I will like the way and manner of treating consumers by this business be checked so that not just me but every other person dealing with them and any online business can have a safe, confident, sane, fraudulent free environment. They can't operate a faceless not interactive business and purposely refused to refund on orders , not true to their words.
