I don't know who this company is. To my knowledge I have never ordered any products from them. My debit card was charged without my consent. Resolution Sought Get my money back

Thank you for contacting customer support. As stated on the order form, the promotion you selected is based on a 15-day free trial. I see you selected to receive 1 Smart Watch Pro where you pay shipping and handling charges of $6.95 and after 15 days are up; if you decide to keep the product, you will be billed for the retail value of the smart watch. However, you needed call customer service within the 15 day trial to cancel if you decide not to keep the product. Sincerely,
