My 2004 F-350 Ford truck has been at Pro Master Automotive since April 12th 2021. They continue to tell me each week it will ready by Friday however that has not happened. They do not answer the phone, they are rude from the manager down to the mechanics. They destroyed the first engine that was installed with me knowing they made a costly mistake however I kept my cool. I offered to go ahead and pay them for the first install knowing it was their fault. I supplied a 2nd engine within two days and have been lied to weekly ever since. I own and operate Bavarian Motor Works of Enterprise. If you Google my business you will see our rating is 4.8, we strive for excellence. If you Google them you will see a 4.1 and please look at recent reviews of their business. I served eight yrs in the US Army in heavy equipment, was a E-6 over eight when i got out. I worked 2 more yrs with a large trucking firm called Clark Biddle Trucking before I went to work at United BMW in Atlanta Ga. I stayed there for 24 yrs. I have been in business almost 8 yrs. That's a total of over 40 yrs of being in the automotive repair business. I got loaded down here in my shop a few months ago, 3 cylinder head jobs and 3 engines, me and my team came in three weekends in a row and those jobs were done. I ask them why do you not come in like we did to get caught up, they gave no answer. The manager did say we are not taking anymore jobs until we get caught up however I see new trucks there each week. Resolution Sought I NEED MY TRUCK.
