This is the business that charged my credit card for 120.00 for 2 car parts on 2/14/24. This co. is receiving payments for Pro Motor Parts llc which is who that is responsible for this complaint. For the past several days i have been in contact with these regarding location of my parts. Last week the person who sold me these parts Aaron Baker told me that Fed ex has picked up my parts but don't have tracking# or any other documentation. On Monday the 3/4/24 he told he would email by noon with all of that information. 3/4/24 and today they will answer my calls or emails. Resolution Sought I would like to know if in fact if Fed ex has possession of parts. If not IMMEDIATE REFUND. I told them early last .week IN a email I was going to file this. They didn't care and also told i will talking Attorney General. Pro Motor Parts 8775445721 is the# where all of my business was conducted. Thanks
