We Hired Rosie a paralegal. To write up some papers for probate court. Cut and dry fairly easy to a skilled person. Promised to have everything ready for a somewhat large amount. No more than 45 mins of her time to do all what's needed. Included in the price she was supposed to run the ad in the newspaper for 3 weeks. Go to court 4 things ain't right. Judge extended us 65 days. Talk to Rosie ok I took care of everything. Go to court 3 things ain't right. Judge extended us 45 more days. Go to her office she's gonna handle it. 6/20/24 call news paper still nothing . Now it needs to run 3 weeks time is running out yet again. Today 6/25/24 her wallet got stolen out of her office. Resolution Sought Refund. And only asking for news paper fees. Not my time and travel back and forth. In and out of court as well.
