My roommate who is elderly contacted a plumber to come and fix our leaky sink they advertise they wore mandated masks and if they would do a free estimate no work would be done until the estimate was agreed upon the guy came in not wearing mask was rude didn't fix the problem offered a cash discount didn't leave a receipt and has refused to take my calls this is a week later what do I do Resolution Sought My desired outcome is that this man comes back and fixes the plumbing problem or refunds the money starting by answering me would be a good thing I have a disabled person living here as well as an elderly person living here and we've been without use of water in the kitchen for over a week after being charged for it

The complaint submitted is false, I have text record for proof that it was approved before I went there to do the work from the owner of the house not the lady that made the complaint she's just a friend of a tenant that lives there so I don't even know why she's trying to be involved, I repaired three different leaks under the kitchen sink and the bill came out to $270 and Scott the landlord only paid me $150 because that's all the money he said he had until payday so he still owes me $120 and the lady who filed the complaint Jennifer was not not even there I never met her before she's just third party and making up stuff complete lies
