Wanted a small medicine cabinet framed and dry wall in bath. Originally was going to replace water heater and add water softener. Decided against water heater and water softener and inform the contractor about the change approximate 10 days ago. I gave the contractor Ernest money to show my intent. He said that he could get to it in two to three weeks. It's been exactly 21 days as of today. He says that he has the water heater and water softener witch I question. If he actually has the items I told him to return them. If there is a restocking fee I will gladly cover that cost. It's been a bad situation and I should have not gave him the Ernest money, bad move on my part. I would love to see a peaceful resolution to this and chalk it up as a bad experience. Any help will be appreciated. Resolution Sought Refund my Ernest money.$1500.00.
