Consumer alleges: They came and wanted $8000 deposit to do a patio. When they started the project it took about a week and they made a mess, destroyed everything that was there. Left piles of sand and debris and didn't return for 10 days. Then the guy comes back and asked for another $5,000. I told him no. After that, nobody came back and there is still piles of junk in my driveway. I was told in the state of CA that I should only be paying a deposit of 10% or $1000 whichever is less. I have already paid more than required and they are asking me for more money. I want them to clean up the mess and see if they can complete the patio. And, if not, I want my money back. Our contract signed on 6/13/2021 to remove trash and old deck and to build wings wall and pavers We started the job on 6/18/2021 and completed all demo , prep and wing walls we are ready to install the pavers in order to complete the job We tried to contact the home owner more then 10 times via phone , left vm and tried to contact her step grand sun Bill few times with no luck We are ready to continue the job and complete it Please contact the office or Ray to discuss job continuing 818-917-8751
