My car was impounded on 1/24/2024 from sumner wa the paper i recieved from the police officer stated it was towed to pro-tow truck E-404 driven by Jay. on the 25th i proceeded to contact pro-tow via the webpage they have on the internet. i was not able to get anyone on the phone til the 31st of jan by then my car fees have become to high for me to retrieve my car. i have sent emails left messages thru the website like they ask thru there email page. i also called and left multiple voice calls and voicemalls with my number as well as two different email addresses to contact me back at to let me know what yard my car had been taken to and what the amount to retrieve it was , i got no return calls or emails till the day of the 31st after i had already reach someone on the phone by just pushing a bunch of numbers on the automated system they have linked to the number provided on the website. i had no way of knowing where my car was or how much it was to pick it up when i tried to on the 25th. there website also give multiple dead ends and false emails to email to get a response and says they will contact back right away but dont. Resolution Sought i would like to retrieve my vehicle at the cost it would have cost if i would have been if i was able to get ahold of the company on the 25th as i had tried. i would even be ok with the 48 hr cost as if i picked up on the 26th.
