I have canceled my account multiple times. I moat recently canceled my account in August and was told by a customer service representative that my account was closed and I had no more payments or fees to pay. Then here we are October 28th and I have had a charge of 65.88 pulled from my checking. When I called and spoke to someone he told me that back in August Proactives system was updating and down so now this is a late fee/ rest of what I owe fee. This is unbelievable that I was told one thing back in August and am now still getting charged. Resolution Sought I shouldn't have to pay. I am very upset and disappointed in this company. I would like to be refunded and never have to deal with this company again, I want my account closed for food and zero future charges.

Placed order on May 27 2021. As of today July 4 2021 i still have not received merchandise and can not get a refund. When contacting customer service, which i have done multiple times, i am told they are upgrading their system and can not help me. The upgrade has been going on since May 28 2021. They continue to advertise products and have not announced the upgrade on line at all. The upgrade is still in process with no end in the future. I have reached out online and by phone with no help. Resolution Sought Return my money and post on their website that they are not accepting orders at this time. Just be honest with customers.
